KERALA PIRAVI CELEBRATION

VPS Family celebrated the 63rd ‘Kerala Piravi’ of the God’s own country with far more enthusiasm of just ‘being keralite’. The students and staff witnessed a wonderful morning bequest of Kerala Piravi. The morning assembly was packed with spot on thoughts about Kerala Piravi as well importance of giving respect to women.

The presenters were in traditional Kerala clothing, once again reminding how modest we are and we should be as Kerala people, the land of rich culture and tradition. The assembly activity included thought for the day, poem, speech and news in Malayalam.

Swinging through a plot of conversation between a Mother and children in family, the students presented a lovely and short drama packed with songs and dance. The children sang traditional Kerala songs and presented a beautiful dance. The Principal delivered a small speech and wished everyone ‘Kerala Piravi’.
